PROVIDE
Giving to Emmaus is an act of solidarity: it is furniture and donated objects that make it possible to finance our actions. It is also a citizen gesture for the reuse of used objects.
What to give ?
The community accepts all types of objects: furniture, trinkets, tableware, paintings, clothing, childcare, bicycles, tools, appliances, toys, books, etc., provided they are in good condition or repairable.
Where to give?

Know us
The Emmaus Le Havre – Cauville-sur-Mer association develops actions of shared solidarity, in order to fight against social injustices and various forms of exclusion. One of the fundamental values of Emmaus is its unconditional acceptance. Today, the community welcomes 50 companions.
The community supports its needs by its own means, thanks to the work of companions and volunteers around an activity of recovery of donated objects intended either for rehabilitation to be put back in the circuit of the solidarity economy, or recycling.

COMPANIES
Companies can support our action through:
Skills Sponsorship and Volunteering:
accompanying the development of our activities thanks to the skills of seconded employees.
Donations in kind of reusable, new or used products (occasions, unsold items, store returns, store or office furniture). Since January 1, 2022 The “anti-waste and circular economy act” calls on businesses to promote re-employment by giving to associations by recycling their unsold products.
Financial patronage: to financially support community development projects
INDIVIDUALS
Buying in our stores or donating items is already supporting us!
The community is also empowered to accept bequests.
Become a volunteer!
Join our team of volunteers and honour Abbé Pierre’s call to help me help others by taking part in our adventure alongside the companions and companions of Emmaus.
Emmaus Le Havre – Cauville has many ways of doing things: sorting and valuing donations, selling items on the shelf, DIY and repairs, welcoming customers and selling products, and collecting donations. You can also take part in projects and get more involved in the bodies of the association or the Emmaus movement.
